We have experience producing accurate 2D and 3D models, performing clash detection and BIM compliance. We can work with architectural and structural linked files to produce a coordinated 2D / 3D models and to collaborate in a team situation sharing data through a common data environment (CDE), thus contributing to a federated BIM model.
We can also import 2D CAD files into Revit and export 2D drawings to CAD and models in IFC format. Utilising BIM on projects helps to ensure that problems on site are kept to a minimum and assists greatly in planning the works safely in advance.
We use state of the art industry leading MEP software which we have invested in by bespoking it to our needs, integrating other software with it to create the most integrated systems and processes.

We believe in looking after our amazing Team and encourage collaborative working. We have long-serving staff, which is a testament to the company and to their development. We promote from within and develop our team continually.
Recent promotions include Contracts Managers who are longstanding staff members. Our Managing Director started on the tools, grew up with the Company and was developed into his role. Our Projects and Procurement Manager followed a similar path.
We are big advocates of Apprentices and take on a large number every year, both on site and in the office. We work with local Universities to find the best talent and help grow and develop them.
We also recruit external staff to make sure we are also expanding into new sectors and continuously learning from Industry Best Practice. No business is static or perfect and there are always improvements we can make. It is an eternal learning curve, so we encourage collaboration, sharing of knowledge and adopting new efficiencies and processes.
